Who we work with

Partnerships built around
your operation.

Some of our customer relationships go back decades. We get to know how your operation works, agree what good performance looks like, and build the transport, warehousing and systems around it.

LONG-STANDING PARTNERSHIPS

Some relationships go back a while.

We treat every account as if we will still be working with them in thirty years. For a lot of our customers, that is already true.

What partnering looks like

A partner, not a vendor.

The difference between a company that moves your freight and one that owns the outcome.

I.

One point of accountability

Where we manage the whole chain, you have one PTS team responsible for it. If something needs sorting, you know who to call.

II.

A named account manager

You get a person, not a ticket queue. Someone who knows your operation, your lanes and your peak periods, and who picks up the phone.

III.

KPIs measured and reported

We agree the numbers that matter up front, DIFOT and pick-up performance among them, then track and report them. If something slips, we look at why and what needs to change.

IV.

Real-time visibility

Every movement is scanned and trackable. For 3PL customers, that includes live inventory visibility through their own portal.

V.

Built for the long term

We treat every account as if we will still be running it in thirty years. For a lot of our partners, that is already true.

VI.

Scales with you

We work with customers on everything from individual freight lanes through to national distribution programmes. As their requirements change, the operation can change with them.

John Deere Achieving Excellence score, a first for New Zealand.

John Deere Partner Status. First in New Zealand.
